If you're looking for ideas, some suggestions are below. Some may take some advanced planning due to popularity, so keep this in mind!
Highland, IN is expected to have their annual festivities in Main Square Park, including the Twilight Parade that is anticipated to start on Friday, July 3 at 6:30pm. The parade will progress north down Kennedy Ave. and turn right down Highway Ave. until it reaches Main Square Park. The park itself has wristbands for ages 21+, and the park was fenced in so there is no longer a set "beer garden", but general seating and refreshments throughout the park. There will also be carnival rides, fireworks, live music, food vendors, and craft vendors.
